The INFINITI brand has announced a series of executive appointments aimed at strengthening its presence in the U.S. market. While the company remains headquartered in Japan, it continues to operate across North America and other key global markets.

How Will the Shakeup Impact Consumers?

These leadership changes are designed to support INFINITI’s mission of delivering high-quality vehicles at competitive prices. Brian Maragno will take on the role of Chief Marketing Manager (CMM) for INFINITI USA. In this position, he will lead the launch of several new models over the next four years and ensure the continued success of the brand’s current lineup.

Tony Gardina will step into the role of Director of Marketing Operations & Strategy for INFINITI Americas. He will focus on boosting sales across the U.S. and other markets, working closely with Nissan to align strategies and drive growth.

How Does the Shakeup Impact INFINITI?

The primary goal of these organizational changes is to improve profitability and regain market share on a global scale. In recent years, INFINITI has faced increased competition from both international and domestic automakers, including Hyundai and Ford.

Eric Ledieu has been appointed Director of INFINITI Sales & Regional Operations in the U.S. His responsibilities will include aligning U.S. sales initiatives with global strategies and overseeing the current vehicle portfolio more effectively.

By streamlining operations and reducing overhead, INFINITI aims to become more agile and responsive to consumer demands. This approach is expected to help the brand offer more competitive pricing while enhancing its ability to deliver the vehicles today’s drivers are looking for.
