POWERTRAIN WARRANTY

The Powertrain Warranty for your new INFINITI covers your vehicle for a maximum of 70,000 miles or 72 months, whichever is first. The Powertrain Warranty covers replacement parts or the cost of correcting defecting components in the powertrain system, including the drivetrain, engine, transmission, and transaxle. The vehicle restraint system is also included.

NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY

INFINITI's New Vehicle Limited Warranty is an essential coverage package that lasts up to 48 months of car ownership or 60,000 miles. This warranty covers the costs associated with repairs necessary to correct broken components or defects in workmanship or materials. Towing coverage is also included if the car can't be driven due to defective parts.

FEDERAL AND CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS CONTROL WARRANTY

This warranty will cover the expense of replacing parts that fail or break in the car's emissions control system. INFINITI will equip its vehicles with an Emissions Control Warranty based on location. New INFINITI vehicles sold and operated in California, along with cars sold in states that have adopted California emissions standards, are covered separately from the national warranty.

CORROSION COVERAGE

INFINITI also sells its new vehicles with corrosion coverage. If a body sheet metal panel needs to be replaced or repaired if it is damaged from rust, the Corrosion Coverage Warranty covers associated costs for parts replacement. This warranty covers repair expenses up to 84 months, regardless of miles driven.

SEAT BELT LIMITED WARRANTY

The Seat Belt Limited Warranty from INFINITI will cover the expense of repairing or replacing seat belts and related components that fail to work correctly in your new car. This warranty lasts for the first ten years.

TIRE WARRANTY

New INFINITI vehicles may also have separate tire warranties. Tire warranties are included on new vehicles that have Continental, Goodyear, Bridgestone, and Michelin tires. Consult your owner's manual or contact our dealership to see if your car has a tire warranty.

MPP PLANS

INFINITI provides comprehensive protection for parts replacement and repairs through its factory warranties. However, extra coverage is available from the dealership for MPP plans that provide additional protection for owners seeking even more coverage. MPP plans include lease wear protection, GAP coverage, plans for older INFINITI vehicles, and extended service contracts.
