NFINITI builds exceptional vehicles and engines that move them forward, and for this, the luxury automaker is being recognized in a big way. Recently, the brand-new INFINITI 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine was named to Wards “10 Best Engines” list for 2017.
Offered in the all-new INFINITI Q60 sports coupe as well as across the range of Q50 sports sedans, the VR-series motor delivers exceptional power and performance. It is offered in two designs – 300 horsepower with 295 pound-feet of torque, and in a more powerful option that delivers 400 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque.

The engine is fueled by a new direct-injection gasoline fueling system for an enhanced driving experience. In addition, it is made of lightweight aluminum, which enhances responsiveness and performance. On top of these benefits, the VR-series V6 delivers a 6.7 percent boost in fuel economy compared to the old 3.7-liter V6 previously offered in the Q50 and Q60.
