Springfield, even though the excitement of the holidays are now over and the full brunt of old-man winter is upon us, it doesn’t mean you have to stay home and be bored on the weekends. Instead, get out of the house and treat yourself to a signature event that you won’t soon forget. On Saturday, Feb. 4, from 12 p.m.-4 p.m., you’re invited to head on over to the EPlex East Hall in the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, located at 3001 North Grant Ave., to take part in the annual Midwest Regional Beer, Wine, Cheese and Chocolate Festival.

Featuring everything from beer, wine, chocolate and cheese samples to live music and cooking demonstrations from top local chefs, this is one festival that is sure to make you smile from ear to ear. The 21 and over event is the perfect way to escape the monotony of winter in a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can mingle with friends and have a deliciously good time.

Tickets are just $26 per person if you buy in advance and $30 if you purchase them at the door. Mark your calendars, gather your friends and see for yourself why this festival continues to draw hundreds of people year after year. We hope you have a great time!
