Testimonial to Great Service at Infiniti Of Springfield

On Thursday 8/19/2010 I took my car into the Infiniti of Springfield store so someone could help me figure out how to change the region on the navigation and how to reset for the oil change I had while moving from Seattle, WA to Springfield, MO. Kevin Luttrell met with me, and walked me through the processes I requested. I was very impressed with Kevin. He was very pleasant, professional, and he provided the best possible service. I asked him if the car sounded rough, or if I would need snow tires for the winter. He *could* have told me I needed all sorts of stuff, but instead he was very honest. I was Very impressed with Kevin, and the staff at the dealership who were all very friendly and professional. You guys are doing a great job, and all of your efforts are greatly appreciated!
