"Harry's and Joyce's Experience"
Hello Steve.  We wanted you to know what a pleasurable buying experience we had with your dealership. You'll recall we purchased the pre-owned 2013 Infiniti JX35.  Your professionalism and willingness to work with us was refreshing and greatly appreciated. Your sales consultant, Robert Everud, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He's a great ambassador for Infiniti. Our friends are so impressed, as are we, that you sent Robert to St. Louis to pick us up and drive us the three plus hours to Springfield. That's a first for us! Michael Jordan, your business manager, fully explained the financing process with professionalism and a touch of humor. A process most people dread was made comfortable by Michael's easy going business style. Today we called your Parts Department to order additional accessories for the JX.  Kevin couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Please let Robert, Michael, and Kevin how much we appreciate all they've done to make this an outstanding buying experience for us. The JX is our fourth Infiniti. We have two Infiniti dealerships in St. Louis, and never imagined doing business anywhere else. However, we will highly recommend Infiniti of Springfield to our friends, neighbors and family. The first two were for scouting information, determining if your vehicles would fit my needs, and test driving said vehicles. I appreciated the non-stalker like attitude of your sales associates and that an e-mail was all that I needed to keep me informed. On our third visit we came with the intent to buy. Not only was my salesman helpful & knowledgeable but they made my car buying experience stress free & comforting. Not only was my salesman there through the purchase but a sured me they would be there fore me through years to come offering me service & support. "Victoria's experience"
On Thursday 8/19/2010 I took my car into the Infiniti of Springfield store so someone could help me figure out?how to change the region on the navigation andhow to reset for the oil change I had while moving from Seattle,?WA to Springfield, MO. Kevin Luttrell met with me, and walked me through the processes I requested. I was?very impressed with Kevin. He was very pleasant, professional, and he provided the best possible service. I?asked him if the car sounded rough, or if I would need snow tires for the winter. He *could* have told me I?needed all sorts of stuff, but instead he was very honest. I was Very impressed with Kevin, and the staff at the?dealership who were all very friendly and professional. You guys are doing a great job, and all of your efforts?are greatly appreciated! "Service Department"
While visiting Springfield my 2001 I30T stalled at an intersection at 5 pm. By the time I got it pushed out of traffic, searched for the local dealer and called it was 5:30 pm. Not only did Kevin Luttrell return my phone message, he stayed late while I "limped" the car to the shop. Kevin checked in my vehicle and loaned me another so I would not miss business meetings the next day. Then he kept me up-to-date on the parts and repairs (alternator and battery) so I could plan the remainder of my trip. I have a great Service Manger at Major Infiniti of Kansas City but I'll admit; Kevin is every bit as good. Thanks Kevin for going beyond my expectations.

Steve May is always very helpful and informative about all the vehicles we have purchased from both the Chevy and Infiniti Dealership - and we plan to keep coming back for future purchases. ALSO - Brian, in the finance department, was great at getting us in and out in a short period of time. At previous dealerships we have waited for HOURS just to close a deal - so this is very much appreciated!
