While visiting Springfield my 2001 I30T stalled at an intersection at 5 pm. By the time I got it pushed out of traffic, searched for the local dealer and called it was 5:30 pm. Not only did Kevin Luttrell return my phone message, he stayed late while I "limped" the car to the shop. Kevin checked in my vehicle and loaned me another so I would not miss business meetings the next day. Then he kept me up-to-date on the parts and repairs (alternator and battery) so I could plan the remainder of my trip. I have a great Service Manger at Major Infiniti of Kansas City but I'll admit; Kevin is every bit as good. Thanks Kevin for going beyond my expectations.
